Today in Math, we made lots of patterns using lots of different objects. We used: rubber coloured animals, coloured dominoes, Link-its, shapes and unifex cubes. After we made a pattern we had to copy it into our Math book. It was a lot of fun.

This afternoon, we made an Initial Flag. We wrote our first initial in a block letter and then we used tissue paper to make a pattern along the edge. We wrapped the tissue paper on our pencil and dipped it in glue and then stuck it on our flag! Doing this helps our hands get stronger! We didn't notice, but Mrs. Nelson helped our hands get stronger so they don't hurt as much when we write! We are now Superhero Hand Writers!!!!!!

Tomorrow is Library Day! Please return your books if you haven't already.

Thank you for your scholastic orders, I will but that order in today!
